Store Return Policy
Shiga's Imports will gladly accept exchanges or provide store credit for the purchased price amount of the returned item. We will only do this if the product is new or unworn. Any damage or use of the products caused by the customer may not be returned to our store. Returns for general merchandise must be made within 30 days of the listed date on the receipt and the receipt must be present upon return.
There are some items Shiga's will not exchange or provide store credit (See Below). In the case of manufacturing defects or other issues please contact the store as soon as possible and we will do our best to remedy the issue.

• Paper Lanterns (Must be in original packaging)
